Customs and import charges

Some orders are sent directly from our facility in Thailand by DHL Express, which takes about 7 days. When that happens, customs in the United States may charge import taxes, duties or a clearance fee when the parcel arrives.

These charges are not part of the price or the delivery cost you pay us, and we do not set them. They are paid by the person receiving the parcel, usually to DHL before delivery. We also show this note in your cart before you pay.

If DHL contacts you about a charge and you are not sure it is genuine, email us at theteam@pestspike.com and we will check it with you.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
